About the Role

Circle is seeking a talented and experienced Lead Product Designer - Applied AI to join our innovative team. This is a full-time Lead Product Designer role that offers the flexibility of working remotely from anywhere in the world. As a Lead Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our AI-driven products, ensuring they are user-friendly, visually appealing, and effective in meeting user needs.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design process for AI applications, from concept to execution, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and data scientists, to define product vision and user requirements.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence within the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on AI or technology products.
• Proven track record of leading design projects from inception to launch.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and final deliverables.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI technologies and understanding of machine learning concepts.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
