What You'll Do

- Implement and maintain payroll best practices, utilizing tools such as SAP and Google Sheets to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations and resolve any discrepancies.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on payroll processes and compliance requirements.
- Analyze payroll data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Stay updated on payroll regulations and compliance changes to ensure adherence to local laws.
- Support the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures.
- Engage in problem-solving and analytical tasks to enhance payroll operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in payroll processing, with a focus on leadership roles.
- Proficiency in payroll software, particularly SAP and Pantheon Software.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Serbian or Croatian is a plus.
- Experience in B2B and SaaS environments is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
