Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in payroll management, with a focus on German payroll.
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team.
- Fluency in English and German is required.
- Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and statutory regulations in Germany.
- Experience with payroll software such as SAP, SAGE HR, and DATEV.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
