Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in payroll management, with a focus on German payroll.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team.
  • Fluency in English and German is required.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and statutory regulations in Germany.
  • Experience with payroll software such as SAP, SAGE HR, and DATEV.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
