About the Role
We are seeking a Lead .NET Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. As a Lead .NET Support Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the stability and performance of our applications built on Mulesoft, SQL, and Azure. What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of support engineers, providing guidance on best practices in .NET development and technical support.
- Manage and resolve complex technical issues related to Mulesoft, SQL, and Azure environments.

- Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure solutions that support our applications.
- Conduct software testing and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Engage in consultative selling to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in .NET development and support, with a strong focus on Mulesoft, SQL, and Azure.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing technical support teams.
- Strong understanding of cloud environments and infrastructure, particularly in Azure.
- Experience with REST APIs, C#, and .NET Core.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights using tools like Tableau.
- Experience in software testing and development methodologies.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools is a plus.
