We are seeking a Lead .NET Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. As a Lead .NET Support Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the stability and performance of our applications built on Mulesoft, SQL, and Azure. What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor a team of support engineers, providing guidance on best practices in .NET development and technical support.
  • Manage and resolve complex technical issues related to Mulesoft, SQL, and Azure environments.

  • Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure solutions that support our applications.
  • Conduct software testing and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Engage in consultative selling to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Utilize advanced technologies and tools to streamline support processes and improve efficiency.
  • Participate in community and social responsibility initiatives to foster a positive company culture.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in .NET development and support, with a strong focus on Mulesoft, SQL, and Azure.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing technical support teams.
  • Strong understanding of cloud environments and infrastructure, particularly in Azure.
  • Experience with REST APIs, C#, and .NET Core.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights using tools like Tableau.
  • Experience in software testing and development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools is a plus.
