About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Generation Expert - Remote who can help grow UnityBPO by generating new sales opportunities. As a Lead Generation Expert, you will work directly with the leadership team to drive business growth and engage with potential clients. This is a fully remote opportunity that allows you to leverage your skills in lead generation to make a significant impact.
What You'll Do
- Generate new sales opportunities for UnityBPO through proactive outreach.
- Make outbound calls to prospects and engage in conversations to qualify leads.
- Nurture relationships with potential clients to drive conversions and sales.
- Own KPIs and manage the lead pipeline effectively.
- Proactively generate business through various channels, including social media and networking.
- Set introductory meetings for Account Executives to further the sales process.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools such as Yesware and ZoomInfo.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A self-starter with a positive, "hunter" mindset.
