What You'll Do

• Deliver the One Luxe Experience by executing a premium service model for every customer.
• Demonstrate product expertise and share the heritage of L'Oréal brands, offering tailored advice.
• Achieve sales targets consistently while building authentic relationships with clients.
• Promote events and activities to engage customers and drive interest in L'Oréal Luxe brands.
• Participate in team efforts and complete training programs to stay updated on product knowledge.

Requirements

• Passion for beauty and a strong understanding of the latest trends.
• Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with customers.
• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
