About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Talent & Staffing Analyst to join Schneider Electric in a remote capacity. This role is pivotal in aligning talents with opportunities, enhancing team performance across Europe. As a Junior Talent & Staffing Analyst, you will support staffing activities in a dynamic digital environment.
What You'll Do
- Participate in staffing reviews and contribute to action plan consolidation.
- Monitor and update staffing KPIs and dashboards.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to staffing, including contracts and renewals.
- Support People & HR initiatives, tracking workforce metrics and open positions.
- Help coordinate training sessions and monitor participation.
- Contribute to process excellence by communicating performance metrics clearly.
- Engage in knowledge sharing and training within the Process Academy.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Organization, or Talent Management.
- Fluency in French and English (C1 level).
- Strong interest in Human Resources and talent development.
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Able to thrive in a complex, transforming environment.
- Team-oriented with a user-focused mindset.
Nice to Have
- Experience in staffing or HR roles.
- Familiarity with digital tools for HR management.
