End User Management Specialist - Remote IT Support

About the Role

We are seeking an End User Management Specialist to join our team at Ahold Delhaize USA. In this remote role, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the IT support experience for our employees. Your mission will be to ensure a 9+ digital employee experience across various platforms, including our remote IT service desk and on-site support teams.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with internal and external engineers to implement innovative solutions that guarantee a 9+ user experience.
• Make changes to support flows based on customer satisfaction surveys and insights.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to continuously improve our IT services.
• Participate actively in stand-ups and refinement sessions within a DevOps environment.
• Assist DevOps teams in setting up support for new applications and services.
• Respond to user inquiries regarding IT services.
• Validate employee phone requests in collaboration with HR.
• Optimize telecom and support processes to enhance efficiency and user-friendliness.

Requirements

• Proactive attitude and innovative mindset.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate and collaborate effectively.
• Experience in service delivery and understanding of user experience.
• Strong verbal and written skills in both English and Dutch.
• Experience with ITIL is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a DevOps environment.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools.
