About the Role

We are excited to announce an opening for a Data Management Process & Systems Specialist - Remote at allnex. As a key member of our global Data Management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality, consistent, and reliable master data across all ERP systems. What You'll Do

• Create and maintain master data according to governance rules while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Coordinate master data setup across functions such as Planning, Finance, Manufacturing, Sales, and Credit Control.
• Support ERP users with data issues, documentation updates, and process questions.
• Contribute to data cleansing, process improvements, testing activities, and global projects involving data conversion.
• Prepare data reports and queries, ensure compliance with defined procedures, and support training and documentation efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience working in an ERP-supported environment with a strong understanding of business processes linked to master data.
• Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of macros or SQL is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global, multicultural teams.

Nice to Have

• Basic understanding of IT systems, databases, and data structures.
• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
