What You'll Do

• Greet and engage customers in our KIDS furniture showroom.
• Uncover customer’s home furnishing needs to help them realize their design vision.
• Generate sales through a consultative approach, building rapport with customers.
• Encourage additional products to complete the room and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Explain financing and protection plans to customers.
• Demonstrate product value and benefits that fulfill the customer’s needs.
• Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales goals.
• Utilize cutting-edge sales tools and devices to enhance customer interactions.

Requirements

• Team player with a driven and motivated attitude.
• Excellent listening skills and a positive, outgoing personality.
• 2+ years of retail sales experience preferred, but not required (training available).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to use current electronic devices, such as tablets and touch screens.
• Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
