We are looking for a Junior SEO Specialist remote to join our dynamic team at SEO.AI. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our customers' experience by ensuring they successfully onboard and utilize our AI-powered SEO platform. What You'll Do

  • Conduct onboarding sessions with new and existing customers primarily via phone or video.
  • Assist customers with setup and SEO-related integrations for platforms such as WordPress and Shopify.
  • Guide customers in SEO best practices to ensure they see value quickly.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to CMSs, integrations, tracking, and SEO setup.
  • Provide ongoing support and answer customer questions in a fast, friendly, and solution-oriented manner.
  • Collaborate closely with the product team to provide SEO-related feedback from customers.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with SEO and digital marketing.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Experience with websites and digital platforms.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, and similar platforms.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical SEO issues (sitemaps, scripts, tracking, plugins, etc.).
  • Structured work ethic with a focus on task completion.
  • Native English speaker.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a customer success or support role.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Understanding of the latest SEO trends and updates.
