Junior Process Engineer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and development-oriented Junior Process Engineer for a remote opportunity at Galderma. As a Junior Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping and optimizing processes in our state-of-the-art facility. This position offers you the chance to gain valuable knowledge and become an expert in your equipment as we prepare for regular production.

What You'll Do

• Participate in the installation and qualification of new equipment.
• Develop new documentation and manage processes with a focus on innovation and improvement.
• Contribute to creating a safe working environment and secure processes.
• Develop digital batch protocols and work with the MES system PAS-X.
• Train and prepare upcoming shift teams for commercial manufacturing as the project transitions.

Requirements

• Experience in operator work within a cleanroom environment.
• Previous project work experience.
• Quality-conscious and knowledgeable in GMP and EudraLex Volume 4.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Ability to plan and prioritize work to meet expected deliveries and deadlines.

Nice to Have

• Previous aseptic competence.
• Knowledge of PAS-X.
• Experience working in C-class environments.
