What You'll Do
- Proactively process inbound leads to ensure swift responses to customer inquiries.
- Engage with potential customers through various channels, providing initial product information and assessing their needs.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead information for seamless communication.
- Collaborate closely with the Account Executive team to manage daily schedules and ensure smooth transitions of qualified leads.
- Provide valuable feedback on leads to improve sales strategies and enhance customer engagement.
- Work in a high-growth environment, taking initiative and trying new approaches to amplify successes.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills.
- Good time management and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
- Can-do attitude with a sense of humor.
