• Conduct engaging training sessions both online and in-person on topics such as software project management, database development, and web development.
• Utilize your expertise to develop and implement training materials that enhance the learning experience for IT specialists.
• Collaborate with other trainers to create innovative training concepts that meet the needs of our diverse clientele.
• Provide professional support for teaching methods and content, ensuring the highest standards of education.
• Participate in early assignment planning to ensure a smooth training schedule and fair remuneration.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in IT or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience in adult education, ideally within funded education programs.
• Current training certifications are required to ensure compliance with educational standards.
• Willingness to obtain a teaching qualification if not already certified.
• Strong pedagogical and didactic competence, with a genuine enjoyment of teaching.
