IT Project Manager - Dairy Industry (Remote/Hybrid)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Müller UK & Ireland, a leading name in the dairy industry. This IT Project Manager remote position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage IT projects that drive innovation and efficiency within our organization. You will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and delivering Group IT projects while collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
What You'll Do
- Lead the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, requirements, and deliverables using Müller standard documentation.
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively, ensuring compliance with Müller policies and guidelines.
- Develop and communicate project plans, timelines, and milestones to stakeholders.
- Track and report on project deliverables, managing risks, issues, and changes as they arise.
- Ensure smooth handover of deliverables to relevant teams and adherence to legal and procurement processes.
- Conduct project audits and document lessons learned to improve future project performance.
- Assemble and coordinate project teams, negotiating with resource owners to meet project targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
- 2-5 years of experience in project management, with a qualification in project management methodology (e.g., Prince2, PMI, APM).
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills and proficiency in English; knowledge of German or Polish is a plus.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel within Europe and the UK as needed.
- Passionate team player with a hands-on mentality.
