About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Applications Specialist remote to join our team at First National Bank Texas. In this role, you will administer and support applications utilized by the organization, ensuring upgrades, maintenance, and enhancements are executed effectively. Your expertise will help meet organizational goals and improve workplace productivity.

What You'll Do

  • Administer and support applications, including upgrades, maintenance, and enhancements.
  • Demonstrate expert-level application understanding to meet organizational goals.
  • Independently analyze, communicate, and configure system controls and parameters.
  • Manage support requests and project initiation processes.
  • Support improvements to work processes and applications to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Generate project metrics to provide oversight and ensure consistent information for project teams.
  • Assist with vendor issue management, notifications, bulletins, and releases.
  • Support Application Solutions teams with project and process deliverables as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an IT Applications Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of application administration and support.
  • Ability to troubleshoot bugs, test corrections, and verify functionality.
  • Experience with project metrics generation and oversight.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
