As an Internal Operations Auditor Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with legal and industry standards in lettings.

What You'll Do

• Conduct weekly audits for compliance with legal requirements in lettings.
• Provide legislative guidance to branches to ensure adherence to current laws.
• Maintain memberships and conduct audits for relevant organizations.
• Keep Quality Assurance documents updated and accurate.
• Stay informed on legislative changes affecting the lettings industry.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance Manager to support departmental goals.
• Assist in training and development programs for staff.
• Ensure adherence to company protocols and standards.

Requirements

• Extensive background in the lettings industry.
• Propertymark Level 3 qualification (or in progress).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel for data reporting and analysis.
• Solid administrative experience with the ability to handle legal inquiries.
• Team player with collaborative skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
