About the Role
We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for an Intern in Talent Management and Learning & Development - Remote. This internship provides a chance to work closely with the Learning and Development team within the Talent Management function, focusing on employee development and enhancing organizational performance. As an intern, you will support various initiatives that contribute to the growth of our team and the overall success of our organization.
What You'll Do
- Assist in contract administration training and manage training enrollments to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage the online learning library and provide support for the learning platform, enhancing user experience.
- Contribute to improvements in the performance management platform, ensuring it meets the needs of our employees.
- Assist in executing career development initiatives that empower employees to reach their full potential.
- Coordinate the Aspiring Business Managers program, providing guidance and support to participants.
- Serve as a virtual learning producer for workshops, facilitating engaging learning experiences.
- Conduct research on talent development best practices to inform our strategies and initiatives.
- Lead an independent project for the Talent Management team, showcasing your skills and initiative.
- Assist in coordinating leadership development programs that foster future leaders within our organization.
- Shadow team members to gain insights into HR strategies and practices.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled at a college or university during the internship.
- Major in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or related fields is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
- Demonstrated interest in contributing to the New York/New Jersey region.
- Relevant coursework in Talent Management is preferred.

- Experience with online learning platforms and virtual training.
