What You'll Do

• Conduct market research and analysis to support the team.
• Identify potential clients, generate lists, and perform cold calling.
• Participate in creating engaging presentations for clients.
• Assist in maintaining company databases and files efficiently.
• Organize and manage files and records for easy access.
• Perform special projects as needed to support the team.
• Help prospects in accessing vacant spaces effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum third-year college student or recent graduate with a degree in Real Estate or Business.
• Strong desire to learn and grow in the commercial real estate field.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with CoStar, GIS, and Google Earth software.
• Basic knowledge of lease analysis tools and retail properties.
• Understanding of market analysis for clients based on target audiences.
