About the Role

We are seeking an Interactive Response Technology Associate - Remote to join our dynamic team at Training and Marketing Professionals, Inc. (TMPI). This role offers the opportunity to work fully from home while supporting our global operations in the Interactive Response Technology (IRT) sector. As an IRT Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality IRT systems that support Pfizer's investigational product portfolio.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with IGOT’s IRT Leads and Support Team to assess protocol requirements and design IRT systems.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, capturing minutes and creating IRT supportive documents.
  • Support the delivery plan for IRT configuration and testing activities.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and document system requirements for new studies.
  • Engage in cross-line initiatives and process improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in computer science, life science, or business field preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in project management.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
  • Experience in a GMP/GCP environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with database structures and relational database management software is advantageous.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of IRT systems.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Technical writing skills.
