Intelligence Operations Contractor - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking an Intelligence Operations Contractor to join our mission-driven team at TRM Labs. This remote position will allow you to play a pivotal role in managing projects that enhance our collection of high-quality, actionable blockchain intelligence data. As an Intelligence Operations Contractor, you will coordinate efforts between intelligence research and contractor management, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Collect and assess blockchain intelligence data by collaborating with Intelligence team members.
• Recruit, train, and manage a global network of research contractors.
• Create clear processes and expectations to ensure consistent, high-quality data collection.
• Monitor contractor performance and provide feedback, support, and optimization to achieve the best results from a distributed team.
• Ensure data collected by contractors is accurately and efficiently entered into internal systems.
• Act as a key operational connector between stakeholders and intelligence teams.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and people-management skills, with experience coordinating contractors, vendors, or large distributed teams.
• Background in operations, people ops, program coordination, or similar roles where execution and follow-through are critical.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally.
• High attention to detail and a bias toward building repeatable, scalable processes.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools to create more efficient processes.
• Bonus (but not required): exposure to tech, startups, intelligence, or blockchain/crypto.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the blockchain or crypto industry.
• Familiarity with intelligence operations.
• Previous roles in high-impact environments.
