Information Technology Specialist - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Information Technology Specialist to join our remote team. This full-time position is open to candidates across the EMEA region. As an Information Technology Specialist remote, you will play a crucial role in supporting, maintaining, and optimizing IT systems and infrastructure in a fully remote environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, systems, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and internal IT tools.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security controls in line with company policies.
• Support cloud-based platforms, remote work tools, and collaboration systems.
• Perform regular system updates, backups, and basic security checks.
• Document IT procedures, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver timely technical solutions.
• Stay updated on IT trends, tools, and best practices relevant to remote operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments and networking fundamentals.
• Experience supporting remote or distributed teams.
• Familiarity with cloud services, collaboration tools, and basic cybersecurity practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across virtual teams.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
