Independent Sales Representative - B2B Sales Opener (Remote)

About the Role

We are currently building a performance-oriented B2B sales team and are looking for Independent Sales Representatives to join us. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who enjoy outbound sales and want to work in a fully remote environment. As an Independent Sales Representative, you will focus on B2B cold calling to defined target customers, generating interest, and scheduling qualified appointments. This role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, allowing you to manage your time and approach independently.

What You'll Do

• Engage in active B2B cold calling (outbound) to defined target customers.
• Make first contact, generate interest, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales team.
• Conduct short pre-qualification of contacts (no closing required).
• Independently organize your activities including time, place, and approach.
• Work with a confident and professional demeanor on the phone.

Requirements

• Experience in B2B cold calling or telephone acquisition is an advantage.
• High self-motivation and results orientation.
• Ability to handle rejection and persist in the face of challenges.
• Independent working style (business registration required or planned).
• Confident, professional demeanor on the phone.
