About the Role

We are looking for an Independent Real Estate Agent - Remote to join our team at Homeday. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about real estate and sales, who want to make a significant impact in the market. As an Independent Real Estate Agent, you will focus on property owners and buyers, managing the entire sales process with a strong emphasis on purchasing, selling, and advising clients.

What You'll Do

  • Act as an expert in your local real estate market, providing valuable insights and guidance to clients.
  • Manage the complete sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to adapt to various client needs and preferences.
  • Work independently while collaborating with the Homeday team to achieve sales goals.
  • Receive and manage 10-12 qualified seller leads per month, ensuring high conversion rates.
  • Focus on self-generated leads to maximize your commission potential.
  • Maintain a broker's license according to §34c of the Trade Regulation Act.

Requirements

  • Strong motivation and ambition to exceed sales goals.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
  • Possession of a broker's license as per local regulations.

  • Experience with digital marketing strategies to attract potential clients.
  • Familiarity with real estate market trends and analysis.
  • Networking skills to build relationships within the industry.
