Implementation Lead - Remote Opportunity at Topsort

About the Role

We’re excited to announce a new opportunity for an Implementation Lead remote position at Topsort! As we continue to grow rapidly, we are looking for a skilled leader to join our team and help us scale our global onboarding and activation function.

What You'll Do

• Drive major customer integrations from technical discovery through launch and activation as an Implementation Lead remote.
• Define timelines, milestones, and launch criteria while managing scope creep with clarity and confidence.
• Build standardized onboarding frameworks, playbooks, checklists, and launch service levels to ensure consistent delivery.
• Translate commercial commitments into structured integration plans in close partnership with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer teams.
• Act as the first line of technical triage, improving documentation and reducing unnecessary engineering escalations.
• Support new formats, geographies, and product modules as scoped implementations.
• Mentor and level up the implementation team to deliver at scale.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in high growth environments.
• Proven track record of managing complex enterprise implementations.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience with AI technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Experience in building structured systems and processes.
