About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Identity Governance and Administration Engineer with Saviynt experience to join our team at GuidePoint Security. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States. As an Identity Governance and Administration Engineer, you will play a crucial role in implementing and enhancing Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions for our clients.

What You'll Do

  • Implement and enhance Saviynt IGA solutions, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Gather and document technical requirements and design effective solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Act as a subject matter expert during client discussions, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Configure workflows for joiner, leaver, and mover processes, ensuring seamless user access management.
  • Lead technical discussions related to IGA with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Develop technical documentation and presentations to communicate project progress and outcomes.
  • Configure user access certification campaigns and segregation of duties policies.
  • Participate in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience designing, architecting, and building IGA solutions using Saviynt technologies.
  • Familiarity with common connectors including Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, JDBC, and web service connectors.
  • Experience with XML, JSON, and web services (REST/SOAP).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for developing technical documentation.
  • Proven ability to lead discussions and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with additional IAM security tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based identity management solutions.
  • Certifications related to identity governance and administration.
