About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Identity Engineer to join our team at Platinum Technologies. This remote Identity Engineer position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in the field of cybersecurity. You will play a crucial role in implementing and managing identity solutions that secure user and system identities across various platforms.

What You'll Do

  • Implement, configure, and manage Identity Providers (IdP), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.
  • Design and deploy Microsoft Entra ID Conditional Access policies to enforce Zero Trust principles.
  • Manage and troubleshoot the on-premises ADFS environment for legacy application support.
  • Onboard new applications for Single Sign-On (SSO) using SAML and OIDC.
  • Perform onboarding of privileged user, service, and application accounts into the Delinea vault.
  • Implement Just-in-Time (JIT) and Just-Enough-Administration (JEA) access workflows.
  • Automate the Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) identity lifecycle process using SailPoint.
  • Conduct periodic access certification campaigns for critical applications and privileged roles.

Requirements

  • 3-10 years of hands-on experience with identity management solutions.
  • Strong understanding of identity security principles, including least privilege and MFA.
  • Experience with Active Directory administration and group policy management.
  • Ability to implement and troubleshoot complex security policies.
  • DoD 8140 Compliance (IAT Level II).

Nice to Have

  • Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator (SC-300).
  • Delinea Certified Administrator.
  • SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer.
  • Experience with Red Hat IdM policy management.
