We are seeking an experienced ICHRA Compliance Analyst to join our team remotely. Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and SQL.
  • Knowledge of healthcare legislation and risk management practices.
  • Experience with ICHRA and employee benefits compliance is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
