About the Role

We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team remotely. As a strategic partner to leadership, the HRBP aligns business objectives with people strategies to drive organizational success. This role involves collaborating with management to proactively address workforce challenges, enhance employee engagement, and foster a culture of innovation and inclusion.

What You'll Do

  • Leverage expertise in HR functions, organizational development, and change management to implement initiatives that support business goals.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with respective business units to maintain effective communication and alignment.
  • Provide HR guidance to line management, ensuring fair and objective outcomes in employee relations issues.
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
  • Partner with legal and compliance teams to address complex issues effectively.
  • Provide coaching to leaders and high-potential employees to support career growth and organizational impact.
  • Develop succession plans and workforce strategies that address current and future needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex HR concepts clearly.
  • HR certification from SHRM or HRCI preferred (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with HR technology and tools to optimize workflows and analytics.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
