What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end architecture of the Creator Experience systems, ensuring a durable operating model that translates creator intelligence into actionable workflows.
• Implement automated workflows and AI agents to streamline processes and improve execution efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Partner Success Systems team to prepare for major platform pivots and feature launches.
• Utilize tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and custom AI scripts to resolve complex operational challenges.
• Maintain high-integrity data systems and ensure their reliability and adoption over time.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in systems operations or a related field, with a focus on CRM lifecycle management (Salesforce/HubSpot).
• Proven ability to integrate MarTech stacks and validate data using SQL.
• Experience in building AI-assisted tools or custom scripts to optimize workflows without increasing headcount.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of creating decision-grade dashboards that influence strategy.
• A “figure-it-out” mindset with the ability to leverage various tools to solve operational bottlenecks.
