About the Role

Join HUB International’s U.S. award-winning Internship Program to gain hands-on experience in the insurance brokerage industry, working alongside experienced professionals and contributing to meaningful projects. This HUB International Internship Program offers a full-time paid internship from June to August 2026, providing you with the opportunity to work remotely while gaining invaluable insights into the insurance sector.

What You'll Do

  • Work with Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, Employee Benefits, or Retirement & Private Wealth teams.
  • Gain hands-on experience in client service, sales, and policy administration.
  • Participate in workshops and professional development activities to enhance your skills.
  • Network with industry leaders and fellow interns to build valuable connections.
  • Contribute to meaningful projects and present your findings to an Executive Panel.
  • Engage in field trips and social events to foster camaraderie among interns.

Requirements

  • Open to college students graduating in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027.
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn about the insurance industry.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Collaborative team player with a desire to help others.
  • Independent and self-motivated.

Nice to Have

  • Previous internship experience in a related field.
  • Familiarity with insurance concepts and terminology.
  • Leadership experience in school or community organizations.
