• Manage HRIS administration and ensure accurate employee data management.
• Oversee payroll administration and processing, ensuring compliance with Ukrainian labor laws.
• Facilitate employee relations and support organizational development initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using tools like Workday, Slack, and Jira.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR operations or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, particularly Workday.
• Familiarity with payroll processing and compliance regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
