What You'll Do

• Assist in the recruitment process by creating job profiles and communicating with staffing agencies.
• Support the operational daily business by managing administrative tasks and executing defined processes.
• Gain insights into HR management by collaborating with HR Business Partners during employee discussions.
• Participate in organizing and conducting career fairs, including preparation, attendance, and follow-up.
• Contribute to various HR projects and topics, such as part-time work, holiday employment, and employee celebrations.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration (focus on HR), (Business) Psychology, or a related field.
• Interest in operational HR work and willingness to engage in the implementation of HR processes.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong initiative, structured working style, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, reliably, and with a high level of responsibility.
