HR Generalist - Hybrid Role at Foundever
About the Role
We are looking for an HR Generalist remote to join our dynamic team at Foundever. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about HR processes, this is the perfect opportunity for you! In this hybrid role, you will work both from home and from our office in Cluj-Napoca, contributing to our mission to create positive experiences for our associates.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with Foundever SOPs, including contracts and HR system setup.
- Coordinate with IT, Facilities, and other support teams to facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding.
- Handle offboarding processes, ensuring all legal and administrative steps are completed on time.
- Respond to employee requests related to certificates, absences, and maternity/childcare leave.
- Support timekeeping activities and prepare HR-related reports.
Requirements
- Advanced level of English and Romanian.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in HR Operations or Administration.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model (3 days/week in the office).
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in a similar HR role.
- Performance KPIs in target in the past 3 months.
- No written warnings or ongoing disciplinary processes.

Who Will Succeed Here
