About the Role

We are looking for an HR Generalist remote to join our dynamic team at Foundever. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about HR processes, this is the perfect opportunity for you! In this hybrid role, you will work both from home and from our office in Cluj-Napoca, contributing to our mission to create positive experiences for our associates.

What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with Foundever SOPs, including contracts and HR system setup.
  • Coordinate with IT, Facilities, and other support teams to facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding.
  • Handle offboarding processes, ensuring all legal and administrative steps are completed on time.
  • Respond to employee requests related to certificates, absences, and maternity/childcare leave.
  • Support timekeeping activities and prepare HR-related reports.

Requirements

  • Advanced level of English and Romanian.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in HR Operations or Administration.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model (3 days/week in the office).

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in a similar HR role.
  • Performance KPIs in target in the past 3 months.
  • No written warnings or ongoing disciplinary processes.
