• Support and train your team by being actively present on the sales floor, guiding colleagues, and facilitating communication between teams and management.
• Contribute to the overall success of the store by optimizing resource management and making strategic decisions to meet collective goals.
• Provide more than just a product by ensuring a quality customer experience and maximizing satisfaction at every touchpoint.
• Ensure the efficiency of commercial operations by participating in stock management and adhering to procedures for store profitability.
• Monitor performance by analyzing results, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing corrective actions while maintaining a positive and motivating attitude.
• Act as a strategic link between teams and management by implementing operational decisions and facilitating communication about objectives.
