HR Business Partner - Education Management
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Cognita Schools, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our educational environment. What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Coordinate interview processes, including designing questions and attending interviews.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Support performance management initiatives within client groups, driving HR projects that enhance employee engagement.
- Process exit procedures for departing employees, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Participate in HR projects aimed at improving the working lives of employees and enhancing team collaboration.
- Provide HR advisory services to school leaders, addressing employee wellbeing and staffing concerns.
- Assist with life cycle events such as probation reviews, family-friendly leave, and visa renewals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or Business Partner.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of employment and labor laws.
- High degree of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Preferred knowledge of payroll processes and HRIS platforms.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics.
