Home Care Employee - Remote Support for Older Australians
About the Role
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Employees to join our team remotely. As a Home Care Employee, you will provide essential support to older Australians, ensuring they receive personalized care tailored to their needs. What You'll Do
- Deliver personalized home care services to clients in the Northern Illawarra area.
- Assist with personal care tasks such as showering and grooming.
- Prepare meals and assist with food preparation.
- Provide transportation to appointments and social engagements.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
Requirements
- Certificate III in Ageing or equivalent qualification.
- At least 500 hours of experience in home care or aged care.
- Full driver's license and a fully insured vehicle.
- Current First Aid Certificate and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; knowledge of a second language is a plus.

- Experience working independently and managing time effectively.
