What You'll Do

• Document new patient and referral intake efficiently.
• Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
• Assist in maintaining patient records and ensuring data accuracy.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers.
• Coordinate communication between patients and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with healthcare software and tools is a plus.
