• Conduct phone screens and manage interviews using platforms like HelloHire.
• Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, and social media for candidate outreach.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align on recruitment needs and timelines.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards.
• Support document collection, license verification, and background checks.
• Track recruitment metrics like application rates and time-to-hire.
• Recommend improvements for hiring workflows and sourcing efficiency.

Requirements

• 1+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience recruiting for both skilled and unskilled healthcare roles.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
• Proficient in using recruitment tools like CareerPlug and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection and necessary technical setup.
• Familiarity with healthcare credentialing and compliance tasks.
• Proactive and organized, with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
