What You'll Do

  • Utilize SmartRecruiters ATS to track candidate progress and maintain organized records.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the hiring process and candidate experience.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and government staffing requirements to provide informed recommendations.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to the healthcare sector.
  • Provide administrative support in HR programs and initiatives related to talent acquisition.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of clinical roles and healthcare staffing needs.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems, particularly SmartRecruiters.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive recruitment strategies.
  • Familiarity with medical coding and ICD-10-CM/PCS is a plus.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and recruiting healthcare professionals.
  • Commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience.
