About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Recruiter - Government Staffing to join our team remotely. What You'll Do
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for healthcare positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Utilize SmartRecruiters ATS to track candidate progress and maintain organized records.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the hiring process and candidate experience.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Stay updated on industry trends and government staffing requirements to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to the healthcare sector.
- Provide administrative support in HR programs and initiatives related to talent acquisition.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment or related fields.
- Strong understanding of clinical roles and healthcare staffing needs.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems, particularly SmartRecruiters.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive recruitment strategies.
- Familiarity with medical coding and ICD-10-CM/PCS is a plus.
- Proven track record of sourcing and recruiting healthcare professionals.
- Commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience.
