Health & Safety Administrator - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Health & Safety Administrator to join our team at Veolia. This remote opportunity allows you to work closely with our Energy, Refractories, and Industrial Services divisions, providing essential H&S administration support. You will coordinate H&S support activities, manage databases, and mentor team members, all while being part of a national H&S team.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate H&S license renewals and maintain safety processes.
- Manage training programs for personnel and ensure compliance with Veolia guidelines.
- Conduct audits, reporting, and database management.
- Monitor legislative changes and assist in implementing regulatory initiatives.
- Conduct environmental risk assessments and support ISO14001 certification.
- Provide professional documentation and analysis on H&S trends.
- Manage medical and training database requirements.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an Administrative or Health & Safety role is desirable.
- Tech-savvy mindset with a willingness to learn new databases.
- Qualifications in H&S related disciplines or a desire to obtain a Certificate 4 in Work Health Safety.
- Forklift Licence is a plus.
