Head of Human Resources - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Human Resources to join Getzner Werkstoffe in a remote capacity. As the Head of Human Resources, you will lead HR initiatives that foster a collaborative and appreciative work environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the HR strategy of a successful family-owned company with a strong international presence.

What You'll Do

• Lead HR to create a high-performing, internationally operating team and establish a modern leadership culture that promotes business success, growth, and customer proximity.
• Develop a globally scalable HR strategy and ensure effective business partnering for our international locations and leadership teams.
• Drive the implementation of the corporate strategy through professional project management and active support of change processes.
• Support expansion efforts through new international locations and corporate investments, focusing on structure, culture, and processes.
• Enhance the global HR framework to optimally support Sales, Service, and Production.
• Oversee HR operations, including payroll, labor law, and compensation & benefits.
• Strengthen Getzner as a learning organization that actively promotes talent development worldwide.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in an international industrial company.
• Strong knowledge of organizational development, change management, and project management.
• Expertise in corporate expansion with global site development from a strong headquarters.
• Results-oriented and ambitious mindset, actively contributing to the organization.
• Fluency in German and English (minimum C1 level).

• Experience in HR technology and digital transformation.
• Familiarity with international labor laws and regulations.
• Previous experience in a family-owned business environment.
