Head of Growth - AI-Powered Demand Generation

About the Role

We are looking for a Head of Growth to join our team at BlueConic. This Head of Growth remote position will allow you to leverage your expertise in demand generation and AI to drive significant growth for our company. As a leader in the industry, BlueConic empowers brands to unlock the full value of their customer data, and we need a visionary to help us scale our efforts.

What You'll Do

• Build and scale a high-velocity, AI-powered demand engine that consistently delivers ICP-fit pipeline.
• Design and implement integrated campaigns, events, and ABM programs that generate demand across the full buyer journey.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Content, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Customer Marketing to ensure operational excellence.
• Redesign demand generation around AI-first execution, embedding predictive segmentation and dynamic personalization into daily operations.
• Lead event and field strategy to create engaging customer and prospect experiences.
• Establish tight alignment with Sales and Revenue Operations, building predictive pipeline models and shared accountability for pipeline velocity.
• Create a culture of continuous experimentation, increasing testing cadence and scaling what performs.
• Modernize analytics and reporting with AI, implementing advanced attribution and predictive forecasting.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation experience.
• 3+ years owning pipeline targets in high-growth environments.
• Experience embedding AI into marketing strategy and operations.
• Strong partnerships with Sales that prioritize speed-to-opportunity and revenue accountability.
• Ability to thrive in performance-driven environments with measurable impact.

Nice to Have

• Experience in retail, CPG, commerce, or complex enterprise buying environments.

What We Offer

• Annual base salary of $180,000—$200,000 USD.
• Annual target bonus of $54,000—$60,000 USD.
