About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Head of Artificial Intelligence to join a fast-growing healthcare services group. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead AI initiatives in a multi-site healthcare network, driving innovation and operational performance while working remotely. As the Head of Artificial Intelligence remote, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare delivery.

What You'll Do

  • Define and execute a comprehensive AI strategy that aligns with business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Identify and launch AI-enabled business initiatives, enhancing clinical services and patient engagement.
  • Develop business cases and go-to-market plans for AI-powered services in collaboration with commercial teams.
  • Explore strategic partnerships for AI platforms while adhering to ethical and regulatory standards.
  • Lead the development of a secure healthcare data and AI platform, integrating various systems.
  • Work with IT and cybersecurity teams to ensure data governance and infrastructure readiness for AI deployment.
  • Drive AI applications across the revenue cycle, optimizing processes such as claims analytics and fraud detection.
  • Build and lead a high-performing AI function, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or higher in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields.
  • 10+ years of experience in AI, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in delivering AI solutions in healthcare or regulated industries.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations and clinical environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on translating AI capabilities into business value.
  • High ethical standards and commitment to responsible AI practices.

Nice to Have

  • MBA or strong commercial leadership experience.
  • Experience in commercializing AI-enabled products or services.
