About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven HCM Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As an HCM Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by managing client relationships and providing exceptional customer service. What You'll Do

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of Human Capital Management solutions and the ability to articulate their benefits.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a consultative sales approach.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the SaaS industry.
  • Knowledge of Pharmacy Benefit Management.
