About the Role

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Lead (remote) to join The Luxe Nomad, Asia-Pacific’s leading luxury vacation rental and property management company. This role offers the opportunity to shape customer acquisition and retention strategies across the region, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance the guest experience.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive CRM strategy, focusing on guest retention and loyalty.
• Manage performance marketing initiatives, including paid media and SEO, to drive measurable growth.
• Oversee data analysis and reporting across all marketing channels to optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless guest journey and consistent brand messaging.
• Explore AI-driven personalization and automation to enhance marketing efforts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, CRM, and performance marketing.
• Proven track record in managing CRM strategies and executing lifecycle marketing programs.
• Hands-on experience with paid media platforms and SEO campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and CRM reporting.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Japanese is a plus.

• Experience in luxury brand marketing.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Klaviyo and HubSpot.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
