Growth Marketing Lead - Paid Acquisition for SaaS
About the Role
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Lead - Paid Acquisition to join our team at Replit. In this remote role, you will be responsible for managing our paid acquisition channels, focusing on performance marketing strategies that drive user growth and engagement. You will work closely with the Head of Growth Marketing and collaborate with creative, product, and data teams to optimize our marketing efforts.
What You'll Do
- Own and optimize paid acquisition across PLG channels, focusing on SEM and paid search.
- Manage multi-million dollar media budgets with a clear focus on CAC efficiency and return on ad spend.
- Drive continuous optimization and a rigorous testing culture through structured A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Identify performance gaps and develop a roadmap to address inefficiencies in existing campaigns.
- Partner with Creative and Design teams to develop high-performing ad assets optimized for each channel.
- Build measurement infrastructure and attribution rigor to ensure accurate measurement of paid channel contributions.
- Track and report on full-funnel metrics to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 7+ years of performance marketing experience, particularly in SEM and paid search.
- Proven track record of improving existing paid acquisition programs.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with performance measurement and attribution models.
- Experience marketing consumer or prosumer SaaS products with a product-led growth model.
- Creative instincts backed by data, with the ability to evaluate creative assets against performance goals.
Nice to Have
- Experience with paid social channels such as Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Knowledge of programmatic and affiliate marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with incrementality testing frameworks.
