About the Role

We're hiring a Growth Marketer to join our dynamic team at BitMEX. As a Growth Marketer, you'll play a crucial role in driving our marketing strategies and campaigns in the rapidly evolving crypto landscape. What You'll Do

• Develop product and brand positioning, crafting messaging that resonates with our target audience.
• Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns, from strategy to execution, ensuring timely delivery and effectiveness measurement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Strategy, Product, Creative Design, and Data, to create cohesive branding and PR initiatives.
• Expand partnerships with external agencies and influencers to amplify our marketing efforts.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and community feedback to inform our marketing strategies.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in growth hacking within the web3 industry.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and the crypto market.
• Exceptional creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in a secondary European language is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
