Group Lead - Warehouse Operations Coordinator (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Group Lead - Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team remotely. In this role, you will oversee daily workflow and work assignments across various functional areas, ensuring efficient operational performance and high standards of productivity.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate daily operational requirements and assign personnel to meet workload needs.
• Ensure accurate processing of shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation.
• Promote safe operation of material-handling equipment and enforce safety standards.
• Maintain product locator systems for effective warehouse space utilization.
• Monitor employee performance and productivity, ensuring accountability.
• Support inbound and outbound activities, including loading/unloading and SKU verification.
• Prepare samples for quality inspections as required.
• Facilitate product transfers within or between warehouse areas.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of company employment (if internal posting).
• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, inventory, or distribution environment.
• Working knowledge of SAP, WMS, or similar systems preferred.
• Prior leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of customer service orientation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
