Freelance HR Interim Management Consultant - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Freelance HR Interim Management Consultant to join Edl Consulting, an international HR consultancy that supports clients as an extended 'HR department'. This role is fully remote and offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world. As a Freelance HR Interim Management Consultant, you will focus on providing HR consulting services to B2B startups and scale-ups, helping them navigate their human resource needs effectively.

What You'll Do

• Provide interim HR management and consulting services to B2B startups and scale-ups.
• Assist clients in recruitment, headhunting, and selection processes.
• Implement HR software solutions and consult on HR processes and structures.
• Conduct training, coaching, and mediation sessions to enhance team performance.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their HR needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Work collaboratively within a flat team structure, ensuring quick decision-making.
• Manage your own schedule with 20-40 hours of availability per week.
• Engage in continuous personal growth and learning opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HR consulting, recruiting, or interim management.
• Hands-on experience in B2B startups or scale-ups.
• Ability to communicate effectively and concisely in English and German.
• IT-savvy with a strong understanding of HR software.
• Willingness to work as a freelancer with flexible hours.
• Located in Europe.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
